MobLand · A Viewer's Companion
Everyone in MobLand calls everyone else “family” — which is exactly the problem, because half of them aren't Harrigans by blood. This chart sorts the ranks: blood red borders are Conrad's actual bloodline, brass is everyone who married in or was hired in — Maeve, Bella, and the whole Da Souza household, Tom Hardy's fixer included — and gunmetal blue is the rival Stevenson family across the river.
Spoiler-safe mode is on: death markers, secret-reveal labels and finale outcomes are hidden on this chart and in the notes below. Use the “Spoilers” button in the top bar to show everything again.
Every hit, betrayal and sit-down in Season 1 traces back to a handful of facts on this map.
On a drug-fuelled night out in the very first episode, Eddie stabs his mate Tommy Stevenson — the only son of rival boss Richie. Harry is called in before breakfast to make the evidence disappear, Richie demands his missing boy back, and every episode after is the fallout. That's the premise, not a twist.
Harry Da Souza is no Harrigan: he met Kevin as a teenager when they were locked up together, and has cleaned up after the family ever since. Conrad trusts him more than his own children — which is exactly why Maeve wants him gone. His wife Jan and daughter Gina get dragged into the war with him.
Conrad's bloodline is Brendan, Kevin, Seraphina and grandson Eddie. Maeve and Bella married in. Seraphina was born of an affair — Conrad rates her, Maeve calls her a mistake to her face — and the heir question (Brendan? Kevin? Seraphina? even Eddie?) is the family's other war, the one fought at the dinner table.
Before Bella ever met Kevin, she was Conrad's mistress — and she was already pregnant when the family steered her toward his son. Eddie is Conrad's boy, raised as Kevin's (dashed red line on the chart). Kevin knows, and raised him anyway; it's the wound under every scene between them.
The married-in matriarch quietly dismantles her own house: she convinces Conrad that loyal Archie is a traitor (he shoots his oldest friend on the spot), has Vron Stevenson car-bombed just as a truce takes hold, and gives away Brendan and Seraphina's location in Antwerp — a betrayal her firstborn doesn't survive.
Harry and Kevin ambush Richie — Kevin shoots him dead — and the Stevenson empire is wiped out and absorbed. Conrad and Maeve are arrested for Archie's murder, leaving Kevin on top. And in the last scene, Jan points Harry's own gun at him — cut to black.
A show where everyone is “family”, half the cast are hard men in dark coats, and two whole households share one payroll. Keep these apart:
Harrigans = Irish, run London from a Cotswolds estate, blood red on this chart. Stevensons = Richie's South London firm, gunmetal blue. The fentanyl trade is the prize; Tommy's death is the trigger.
The three Harrigan men people mix up. Brendan = the firstborn who keeps losing the family money. Kevin = the capable second son, Harry's oldest friend. Eddie = the volatile grandson who started the war.
Two mob wives at one funeral. Maeve = Helen Mirren, the Harrigan matriarch, sweetness over menace. Vron = Richie's wife, pink velour and gold sunglasses, who doesn't survive insulting Maeve at her own son's wake.
The women married or born into the mess. Bella = Kevin's wife, a lord's daughter. Jan = Harry's wife, desperate to get him out. Gina = Jan and Harry's teenage daughter — secretly seeing Eddie.
The muscle. Zosia and Kiko are Harry's own two-person crew out of his garage. Paul is the Harrigans' long-suffering house soldier — the one everyone tells to shut up.
Two infiltrators, opposite directions. O'Hara Delaney = the family's silver-haired solicitor — secretly feeding everything to Richie. Alice = Jan's new friend from therapy, actually an undercover police officer wearing a wire.
The two boss women. Seraphina = Conrad's daughter, launders the Harrigan money. Kat McAllister = Janet McTeer's international kingpin, the power above the Mexican cartel — the one call even Harry makes carefully.

Harry's right hand — mechanic and enforcer from his garage, and the person he trusts to guard the family when it all goes wrong.

The other half of Harry's crew, quiet and dependable — killed in the finale ambush, the loss that breaks Zosia. †

Loyal Harrigan soldier with a dry sense of humour; the family treat him like a punching bag. He plants the bomb that kills Vron.

Jan's new best friend from therapy — actually an undercover officer building a case against Conrad and Maeve. The Stevensons have her killed. †

The international boss above the cartel — the one call Harry can make when things go global. Her word is all that stops the Antwerp massacre going further — and Harry ends the season owing her two favours.

Mexican cartel boss nursing a thirty-year grudge — Conrad insulted his father in Las Vegas in the '90s. His men carry out Richie's revenge in Antwerp.
